Portuguese do it better ;)
The Presidency's event in Lisbon is taking place at 17-18 September, during a big youth meeting called SPOT - National Youth Fair. From 15 to 16 happens the National Meeting of Youth Workers. The place is the Congress Center at Junqueira Street (Alcantara, Lisbon). I'll let you know as soon I have more information...

hi there Pavel... As soon I have more information I will handle it to you. Meanwhile, I would like to know the name of the band that performed at the last evening of the EYW, not the portuguese Ubanda, but the other band, I think they were french. Can you help me?
